CSA is a monthly publication covering real estate, store planning and operations for chain stores and shopping centers around the world.
Its target audience is Retail Executives.
I was responsible for the design and production of the magazine including: cover design, article layouts, choice of location for photo-shoots, photo editing/retouching, supervising the printing as well as designing direct response postcards and brochures for CSA trade shows. I also shot the photos for the Phil Pravda article.

The concept is a play-on-words from the expression "Taking indoor furniture outside".

The purpose of this project was to convert HealthFirst 65 Plus Plan members over to a more beneficial and affordable health plan called Increased Benefits Plan.
The assignment is a quick guide which compares the
two plans and highlight the benefits of switching from
the "old" 65 Plus Plan to the "new" Increased Benefits
Plan. This piece was produced in English, Spanish
and Chinese.
